How to Restrict the Files Preview in Bisync Component based on user or Profile Level
Using Is File Preserved option we can restrict the users /profile level to preview the files in Bisync Component.
If Is File Preserved field is enabled, then the files will be preserved from other users. Thus, only the file uploader will be able to see the files, no other user can see those files until and unless it is shared with other users.
Steps:
Enable Is File Preserved in Custom settings ( Xfiles common settings).
If option was enabled, files will be preserved from other users / Profiles and only the file uploader will be able to see the files and share the files to other users / Profiles.
Note: User should not have Provider access like Share point Access
