How to give Grant account login access?
Step-1:
Go to Setup >> click on Astro icon (top right) >> click on Settings as shown below.

Step-2:
Click on My Personal Information >> Grant Account Login Access >> Identify CEPTES Software Support >> select Access Duration >> click on Save.

Congratulations! You have successfully granted the account login access to CEPTES Software.
Go to Setup >> search Company Information in the quick find box >> Share the Salesforce.com Organization ID with the XfilesPro team.

Step-1:Go to Setup >> click on UserName >> click on My Settings as shown below.

Step-2:Click on Personal >> Grant Account Login Access >> Identify CEPTES Software Support >> select Access Duration >> click on Save.
